Denise Hart
Owner and Senior Stylist
Denise is the owner and driving force behind The Hair Club London she’s been in the Hair Dressing Industry her whole working life and has always dreamed of owning and running a World Class London Salon and with every year that passes this dream is coming true thanks to both a combination of a wonderful and diverse team and amazing clients.
The quality of the work leaving the Hair Club London is truly sensational and the portfolio and reviews speak for themselves.
Denise’s two main passions are Hair and Travel.
Becky Lawrence
Senior Hair Stylist
Becky is an incredibly experienced Hairdresser, she started working in a hair salon as a ‘Saturday girl’ at the tender age of 14 and hasn’t lost her love or enthusiasm for either the clients or the industry. Since achieving her level 3 qualifications she has constantly worked on perfecting her skills educating herself, living, eating and sleeping all things Hair. Her specialities include colouring especially blondes and has produced so truly spectacular hair art over the years.
Outside of the salon Becky’s interests include going to the gym, travel and looking after her little dog ‘Timmy’.
Emily French
Senior Stylist
Emily French is a highly skilled and passionate hairdresser with over 9 years of professional experience in the industry. Her journey began at just 14 years old, working as a Saturday girl, where her love for hairdressing blossomed. Since then, Emily has honed her craft and developed a reputation for her exceptional talent in highlights and precision cutting, making her a favourite among clients seeking stunning transformations and flawless finishes.
Beyond the salon, Emily is an avid traveller who loves exploring new cultures and destinations. She also enjoys staying active through cycling and hitting the gym, bringing her vibrant energy and dedication to everything she does.
Olivia Lee
Hair Stylist
Olivia Lee is a valued and respected hair stylist at The Hair Club London, known for her exceptional talent and passion for creative transformations. With a love for bold colour changes, flawless balayage techniques, and precision ladies’ cutting, Olivia brings a bit of flair and love to every client she works with.
Her enthusiasm for delivering stunning results makes her a trusted choice for anyone seeking a fresh, stylish look. Outside of the salon Olivia is a dedicated mother to her first born baby boy and is only available on limited days due to child care so book now to avoid disappointment.
Erika Parete
Senior Stylist
Hairstyling and beauty have been Erika’s greatest passions from an early age, inspired by her family’s long-standing salon in the heart of Milan.
With over 20 years of experience and a decade in London, Erika blends Italian artistry with modern techniques to create effortless, natural results. A skilled hairstylist and colourist, she focuses on achieving beautiful hair that enhances each client’s individual style, always prioritising the health of the hair.
Gisele Leite
Master Barber and short hair Specialist
Gisele Leite is a vibrant Brazilian master barber and a fully qualified hairdresser. She brings a dynamic energy to The Hair Club London, specializing in executive male grooming and stylish short ladies’ cuts.
Known for her precision and creativity, Gisele provides non-rushed, tailored services—from sharp fades and classic cuts to bespoke styles—ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and refreshed. Her warm, approachable nature and dedication to top-tier results have earned her a loyal following.
Gisele is fluent in both English and Portuguese.
Anita Maiello
Salon Junior
Anita Maiello is a talented and dedicated 17-year-old junior stylist and a rising star at The Hair Club London. Known for her exceptional initiative and keen eye for detail, Anita has quickly become an integral part of the team.
Her positive attitude and strong work ethic ensure that every client she assists feels valued and cared for. With a passion for learning and a commitment to excellence, Anita is a stylist to watch as she continues to grow and thrive in her career. She is fluent in both English and Italian.
Margareta Mavroudis
Senior Stylist and Curly Hair Specialist
Margareta has been a hairdresser for 27 years with most of this time in Wandsworth. She lives, eats and sleeps hairdressing and her skills are only eclipsed by her exemplary customer service. Her Greek heritage gives her a passion and zest for life that is both inspiring and contagious her interests include going to the gym, spin classes, body pump and she’s a self confessed bibliophile with an ‘almost eccentrically’ fastidious cleaning habit!

Yvan Malie
Senior Stylist
Yvan is one of the most experienced and senior stylists at The Hair Club London, with a career that spans over 30 years in the UK and on the international stage. He began his extensive training in South Africa and has since cultivated an unparalleled knowledge of the industry, mastering a vast range of styles and intricate techniques.
His impeccable attention to detail ensures a perfect finish every time. He takes great pride in understanding each client’s vision and bringing it to life with precision and flair. Yvan is fluent in both English and French, ensuring a comfortable and communicative experience for all his clients.
Jo Mc Nicholas
Senior Stylist
Jo is one of the original team that started at The Drawing Room locally over 20 years ago she has over 25 years of experience having started her career at Carlton Hair in South Africa.
Jo is one of the bravest creative hairdressers on the circuit and never shy’s away from a challenge she strives to always be at the very cutting edge of trends and fashions so she can deliver the latest look to her clients with ease. She commutes from Nottingham weekly to service her regulars and is only available Tuesday and Wednesdays so has limited availability so I’m you want the Jo experience you need to be quick as she gets booked up very quickly.
Suzanne Straker
Senior Stylist
Suzanne has been a valued member of the team for over 20 years since completed her training at Jingles and with Wella
Suzanne has always provided a very professional, loyal and dependable service to both her clients and the salon which has made her so popular with everyone over the years.
She is also a bit of a fitness fanatic and always on the go like the energiser bunny! Suzanne is available for appointments on Thursdays and Fridays but other days are available by request.
Sarah Carpenter
Senior Stylist and Loreal Specialist
Sarah is a highly skilled L’Oreal colourist and hairdresser with over 20 years experience, she specialises in all the latest L’Oreal ranges including the new ammonia free range INOA.
Sarah has worked in the Wandsworth area for over 20 years now and previously owned her own salon locally for 10 years before deciding to take it a bit easier and relocate to the countryside because of this Sarah is only available on Saturdays and Monday’s so if you want an appointment with her you have to book in early to avoid disappointment.
