At The Hair Club London, we understand that sometimes plans change. To help us manage our schedule and offer appointments to other clients, we kindly ask you to follow our cancellation and rescheduling policy
48-Hour Notice
Please provide at least 48hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
You can contact us by phone (020 7924 4471), email (info@thehairclublondon.com), or via our online booking system.
No Cancellation Fee
We do not charge a cancellation fee, but repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments and you may be asked to pay up front if you have a history of now shows or late arrivals.
Emergency Appointments
If you need to book or change an appointment urgently, please call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
